Our promise is to ship your products professionally and timely.

We are currently shipping at least two times per week.

Once your order has been shipped will send you a shipping confirmation via e-mail and provide you with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s web site so you can track your shipment. While we are not responsible for mail carrier service issues, please contact us if you have any issues as we’re always happy to help you track the status of an order. Just e-mail us at will not charge a credit card for any items backordered until it has been shipped.  
Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location, or if expedited shipping is requested.
