* All approved returnable items must be in new and untouched condition, unopened in the original factory-sealed container.

* Any approved refunds will be for the item only, less the shipping charge.
Damaged & Incorrect Items: GuerillaHealer.org does our best to package your products so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. Once the package is shipped, it goes through many hands and products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers. It is recommended to take pictures of the damaged items.
Claims for missing, Incorrect or damaged items must be received within three business days of receipt of merchandise.
